Join Me Fundraising Easy Sign up  

(This takes 10 minutes or less!)  

1. How to create an online fundraising page for the 2023 Jog-a-thon

  • Click here https://stjosephwa.ejoinme.org/signup

  • Enter your username and password from previous jog-a-thons, OR, click on “create account.”  Note that each Join Me page needs to have a unique email address not used by another Join Me participant.  As an alternative, a family with multiple St. Joseph students can set up one page for all of their children and the  donations will be split equally among them. 

  • Choose the “Create” button which will take you to your dashboard.  

  • Click ‘Edit your personal fundraising page’ and personalize this page by adding a photo, text, goals etc.  

2. Reach out for donations!  

  • Click on the “Email friends and family” link.  

  • Click on “send a new email” (you can add up to 30 emails at one time).  

  • Under Apply Template button, choose “Please visit my fundraising page” to send to people you are asking for a donation. You can edit and personalize the email however, don’t change the link at the bottom. That link will direct friends and family to the fundraising page you created and allow them to donate!  

  • The Join Me site allows two options for your donors – lump sum to be donated OR pledge per lap. If any of your supporters choose to pledge you per lap run you will need to contact them following the jog-a-thon to inform them of the amount owed based upon the number of laps completed. Payment can be made on the personal fundraising page.  

3. Promote your page

  • Use Facebook and other social media vehicles to promote your page.  

  • Post about your goal and invite people to click on the link that leads to your fundraising page.  

  • You can post your goal widget on Facebook so friends and family can track your progress!  

4. Watch your progress!  

  •  Watch your goal widget change as you make progress on getting donations!
