Payments for the balance of your Family Service Hour Obligation can paid here at $25/hour according to the circumstances below:

• Returning Multi-Parent Family Obligation=30 Hours ($750)
• New Multi-Parent Family & Returning Single Parent Family Obligation=20 Hours ($500)
• New Single Parent Family Obligation=15 Hours ($375)
